NanoPhos introduces the new SurfaFix range of sealing products, which includes polyurethane foams, anti-mold silicone and acrylic paintable putty. SURFAFIX Standard Polyurethane foam, in spray, for sealing, assembly, filling, insulation and installation of structural elements. It is used in a wide range of applications, while it has excellent adhesion to all building materials, except Teflon, silicone and polyethylene. It ensures good thermal and acoustic insulation. Action title: Business Development and Innovation Plans for sustainable constructions, buildings, infrastructures Transaction acronym: SSK eCODOMH-B2B Action description: The e-CoDOMH “Innovation Cluster for Sustainable Constructions, Buildings, Infrastructures”, supported by EBETAM, initial members 17 innovative, dynamic businesses in the sector and scientific support from Research Organizations, has as its vision the upgrading of entrepreneurship in Greek sector of building materials and constructions and the consequent achievement of a competitive advantage at European and international level. The object of the proposed Project “Operational development and innovation plans for sustainable constructions, buildings, infrastructures” is the development and implementation of operational plans, which are part of two priority axes of the eCODOMH GCC: environmental sustainability – with an emphasis on energy upgrading – and digitization of production . Roof Sealing & Thermal Protection

No products were found for this query. Enormous amounts of thermal energy are easily transferred through the roof , resulting in large amounts of energy being required to heat and cool the building. In addition, water seeps into the building from parts of the roofs where the insulating materials have failed, creating dampness and mold in the interior walls and ceilings. The bitumen waterproofing solution created enormous problems in the insulation of roofs: a) it collects the incident heat radiation and heats the buildings, b) the stains are obvious and the failure at the joints of the bitumen and parapets or between the bitumen rolls leads to the complete failure of said insulation system. The same can be true of old polyurethane systems that turn yellow over time and crack due to water containing atmospheric contaminants. A system that can adhere to old polyurethane and tarps and repair cracked, yellowed surfaces that are difficult to achieve is the NanoPhos system. Make sure the roof is dry and free of mold, dirt, dust, oily residue or materials from previous applications. Apply Surfa Pore® FX by brush, roller or simple sprayer and let it dry for a day. SurfaPore FX WB should only be applied to cementitious substrates. Apply one of the Surfa Mix® products as a primer , depending on the existing substrate. Apply Surfa Paint® Elastomeric Hellas Cool White or Elastomeric Roof Hybrid, two coats, crosswise using a sprayer or roller. Make sure the edges and corners are completely covered. The application surface should be covered crosswise (horizontally and vertically) to ensure even application. Additional coats should be applied 24 hours after the previous application. Following the application of the sealant, it is recommended to optionally apply Surfa Shield® C using a simple sprayer. Maximum effectiveness is achieved 24 hours after application.
